Patient never got periods, age 31 years, Married for 7 years, no Spontaneous egg formation in the ovaries, blood reports revealed very low levels of hormones. Uterus smaller than the normal size. We formed 3 eggs via stimulation of the ovaries, 3 eggs were retrieved.

1. 3 embryos formed on fertilization.
2. Good (2) 4-6 cells stage embryos transferred into her uterus.
3. Delivered a live term baby.

A case of severe PCOS, first she had irregular cycles & then came to us with no periods since 1 year. On investigating the patients AHH came out as >20. Patient was started on treatment, underwent IVF.

38 Years young female came with H/O Endometriosis, laparoscopy done twice abroad. Ovarian reserve poor. Patient investigated & taken for IVF after downregulation.

• Due to poor ovarian reserve.
• Eggs formed after stimulation of the ovaries. 2 Eggs retrieved.
• Fertilized & single embryo transfer done at 4-6 cell stage.
• Patient conceived & delivered a healthy baby. After 2 years come back for t/t(test) again. After investigation, down regulated & taken for IVF with AMH ->0.6. Only single egg formed & fertilized. Single embryo transfer done. Patient conceived & delivered a healthy baby.

Couple married for 5 Years presented with male Factor :

Azoospermia, Female factor - PCOS Male Partner diagnosed by us to be suffering from major harmonal disturbance which was corrected by our team with medication both oral and injectables. After 3 Months of treatment male partner had notmal sperm count and sperm function. Female partner stimulated, 2 Eggs formed and post ovulation, single IUI done, patient conceived and delivered a healthy, term, baby.

Patient presented with obesity, increased hair growth on face and body (male pattern of hair growth) and married for 11 years. On investigating AMH > 16, USG -> AFC - 25-30 both ovaries, testosterone -> increased. Diabetes mellitus ++, Hypothyroidism ++. Patient started on treatment. After controlling thyroid status and diabetes mellitus, patient taken for controlled stimulation.2 Egg formed, retrieved 2 egg.

Couple presented with Azoospermia female partner : Normal on investigation.
On investigating the male partner testosterone levels marked elevated. Patient was taken up for treatment. After 3 months of treatment, male partner had normal sperm Count 4 sperm function. The couple conceived spontaneous and delivered a healthy live baby.
